1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

• "cmbets" / "Platform" refers to the online gambling platform operated at the domain https://cmbets.cam and all associated services, features, products, and interfaces provided therein.
• "Player" / "User" refers to any individual who has successfully registered an account on cmbets and is using the Platform's services.
• "Account" refers to the personal user account created by a Player upon successful registration, used to access all Platform services.
• "Balance" refers to the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Player's cmbets Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, cashback award, reload bonus, or other incentive issued by cmbets to a Player, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it — or any associated winnings — become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by cmbets to confirm a Player's identity, age, and residential address before full Account functionality is unlocked.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" refers to the suite of player-protection measures available on cmbets, including deposit limits, loss limits, session-time limits, reality-check reminders, and self-exclusion options.
• "Togel" refers to togel (Toto Gelap), Indonesia's traditional numbers-prediction lottery game, offered on cmbets across multiple international draw markets.

2 Eligibility

To create an Account and use the cmbets Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person and at least 21 years of age. cmbets strictly prohibits underage gambling. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not unlawful under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of cmbets is legal in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be listed on any governmental, regulatory, or institutional sanctions list, or otherwise prohibited from engaging in financial transactions under applicable law.
• You must not currently be self-excluded from cmbets or any affiliated gaming platform pursuant to an active self-exclusion request.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be acting as an agent or representative of any other person when using the Platform, nor using any automated software, bot, or script to access or interact with the Platform.

3 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the cmbets Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or fraudulent Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balances held therein.

When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and active mobile phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Failure to maintain accurate registration details may result in Account suspension pending verification.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). cmbets will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
• You must notify cmbets immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. Contact our 24/7 support team via live chat or email at [email protected].
• cmbets reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including — but not limited to — upon first withdrawal request, when unusual activity is detected, or as part of periodic compliance reviews.
• Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months), and a live selfie photograph held alongside the identity document.
• Accounts that remain unverified for more than 30 days from the date of registration may have their deposit and withdrawal functions restricted until KYC is completed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

cmbets supports a comprehensive range of local and digital payment methods to serve Indonesian players across all major cities including Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Bandung, Bali, Semarang, and Yogyakarta.

Accepted Deposit Methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit: Rp 50.000. Maximum single deposit: subject to your VIP tier and account status.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate reversal of funds and potential Account suspension.
• Deposits are typically credited to your cmbets Balance within 1-5 minutes during normal operating hours. cmbets is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by cmbets compliance. Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100.000.
• All withdrawal requests require a fully verified (KYC-complete) Account. Unverified Accounts may not withdraw funds until KYC documentation is submitted and approved.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 5-15 minutes during business hours (09:00–21:00 WIB, Monday to Sunday). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next available business cycle.
• cmbets reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above Rp 50.000.000. Additional documentation may be requested in such cases.
• Funds that have been deposited but never wagered may be subject to a processing fee of up to 3% upon withdrawal, to cover payment provider costs.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

cmbets offers a variety of promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the respective promotion page, in addition to the general provisions below.

• Bonuses are issued as non-withdrawable credit until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met. Until that threshold is reached, Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.
• Standard Wagering Requirement for welcome and deposit bonuses: 20x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms. Wagering must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited.
• Bonuses are valid for one Account and one household address only. Duplicate bonus claims detected across multiple Accounts will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and may trigger an Account review.
• cmbets reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. Players with bonuses already credited at the time of modification retain the right to complete wagering under the original terms.
• Certain game types may contribute at reduced rates toward Wagering Requirements. Specifically: slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%, table games contribute 5%, and togel bets contribute 20% of stakes toward wagering completion.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or collusion to exploit promotional offers will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on cmbets are subject to the specific rules governing each product type. By placing any bet, you confirm your acceptance of both these general Terms and the product-specific rules applicable to the game or market in question.

• All bets are final once confirmed. cmbets does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system, except where expressly provided for in applicable product rules (e.g., cash-out feature on eligible sportsbook markets).
• cmbets reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a technical error, data feed failure, or manifest pricing error resulted in odds or outcomes that were clearly incorrect. Voided bets will have the stake returned to the Player's Balance.
• For sportsbook markets including mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator bets) and bandar bola (football agency-style markets), if one or more legs of a multi-bet are void, the bet is recalculated based on the remaining valid selections.
• Togel draws — including Togel SGP, Togel HK, Togel SDY, and other market variants — are settled based on official results published by the respective lottery operator. Any discrepancy between unofficial sources and the official result will be settled in accordance with the official result.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time at cmbets's discretion, including during incidents, technical stoppages, or when the integrity of a market cannot be guaranteed.
• cmbets monitors all betting activity for signs of match-fixing, irregular wagering patterns, or other integrity concerns. Any Account suspected of involvement in such activity may be suspended pending investigation, and relevant information may be shared with sports governing bodies or law enforcement authorities.
• Maximum winnings per single bet or per draw are subject to platform-wide limits published in the relevant game or sport section. cmbets reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any Player at its sole discretion.

7 Responsible Gaming

cmbets is committed to fostering a safe and responsible gambling environment. We provide a comprehensive suite of Responsible Gaming Tools that Players may activate at any time through their Account settings or by contacting our support team.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before they take effect.
• Loss Limits: Players may define a maximum allowable loss per day, week, or month. When the limit is reached, further wagering is disabled for the remainder of the defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum continuous play session duration. Upon reaching the limit, a reality-check notification is displayed and the Player is prompted to take a break.
• Self-Exclusion: Players wishing to take an extended break may activate self-exclusion for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. • Cooling-Off Period: A short-term Account suspension of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days is available for Players who need a brief break without committing to a full self-exclusion.

8 Intellectual Property

All content published on the cmbets Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, software code, graphical interfaces, text, imagery, audio-visual elements, and structural design — is the exclusive intellectual property of cmbets or its licensed content partners and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, display, perform, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without express prior written consent from cmbets.
• Game content — including slot titles, live dealer streams, and sports data feeds — is licensed from third-party studios and data providers. These rights remain with their respective owners. cmbets does not claim ownership over third-party intellectual property displayed on the Platform.
• Any unauthorized use of cmbets intellectual property may result in immediate Account termination and may expose you to civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law.

9 Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cmbets, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable or whether cmbets had been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• cmbets does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, or third-party infrastructure failures may temporarily impact Platform availability. cmbets accepts no liability for losses incurred during such periods.
• cmbets is not liable for any losses arising from the use of an Account by an unauthorized third party where the Player failed to adequately protect their login credentials.
• In no event shall cmbets's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of all claims exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
• cmbets provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. No warranty — express or implied — is made regarding the accuracy of odds, the availability of specific markets, or the uninterrupted delivery of game content.

10 Termination

cmbets reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any applicable product-specific rules.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Evidence of bonus abuse, chip dumping, match-fixing involvement, or collusion with other Players.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward cmbets staff or other Players.
• Any activity that cmbets reasonably believes may expose the Platform, its Players, or its partners to legal, financial, or reputational risk.

Upon Account termination, any real-money Balance remaining after deduction of outstanding obligations (e.g., reversed bonuses, processing fees) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within 10 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding compliance checks. Bonus balances are non-refundable upon Account closure.

11 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law as applied by the jurisdiction under which cmbets holds its operational license. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice by either party, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

• Nothing in this clause limits cmbets's right to seek interim or injunctive relief from a competent court to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• cmbets's failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision in future circumstances.

These Terms & Conditions were last reviewed and updated on January 1, 2026. cmbets reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
